3. Structure Tear-Down

4. Slab & Footing Removal
If you want the concrete pad gone (recommended if you're planning anything new), we break it out, remove footings, and haul the rubble. Or we can leave the slab in place to save cost.
5. Debris Haul-Off
Every piece of the structure leaves with us. Wood, metal, shingles, drywall, slab pieces — sorted and disposed of at approved Tampa Bay facilities. Recyclable metals separated.
6. Site Grading
